Economic consulting research
• Performed factorial ANOVA on R to indicate significant interactions for variables in SCED (generator safety constraint) model, confirmed a deviation in SCED algorithm in the 2019 Guangdong electricity real-time market pilot program and improved generator correct circuit breaker rate by 8%
Causal Analysis of internal migration
• Applied IV – overidentification regression and panel data model on internal migration data to identify instrumental variable’s robustness on causal relationship from housing price to internal migration in China during 1985 – 2010, established a model indicating housing price change can motivate internal migration influx
Biomedical: IVD development
• Assessed Vitro Diagnostic Reagents (IVD)’s interaction effects and analyzed improvement of accuracy after adjusting for baseline accuracy by ANCOVA with SAS proc glm script, validated the necessary assumptions to carry out the clinical experiment
